James Kellock

Founder, RippleCore & All We Can

Sixteen years in the corporate world taught me one thing: systems aren't built for kindness. People want to do good; the structures around them rarely help. I saw it as a teacher before that, and I saw it again across every corporate role I held. Good intentions, poor infrastructure.When my final corporate role ended, it marked more than a career change. Guided by my Christian faith, there was a clear calling to create something that would help bring more kindness into the world in a practical, visible way. Not as an abstract concept, but as something lived, measured, and shared.That vision became the All We Can.With my cousin, a talented software developer, we built the charity's platform from the ground up, with kindness as its core value. It worked brilliantly for individuals, schools, and communities. But when businesses started asking for it, we hit a wall. Charities and commercial platforms operate under different rules.That limitation became the spark for RippleCore.RippleCore is the software house that powers All We Can and extends its principles into the workplace. Dr Jennifer Fraser

Jennifer is The Kind Collective’s neuroscience lead, bringing PhD‑level expertise on how bullying, gaslighting and fear‑based leadership impact the brain. She uses brain science to show why kindness, psychological safety and inclusion are essential for high performance, not optional extras. Within The Kind Collective, Jennifer designs and delivers evidence‑based programmes that help organisations understand the real cost of harmful behaviours and the measurable benefits of healthier, kinder cultures. Her work provides the scientific backbone of the Collective’s approach, ensuring that every intervention is grounded in robust research as well as real‑world impact.

Sally Stockreisser

Sally is The Kind Collective’s emotional skills specialist, focusing on the everyday feelings and habits that make kindness sustainable at work. Building on the neuroscience foundations within the Collective, she helps professionals notice how their brains create unhelpful emotions such as self‑doubt, overwhelm and “not good enough” thinking, and then replace them with confidence and self‑worth. Sally’s sessions turn big ideas about kindness and psychological safety into simple, usable tools people can apply in real conversations, meetings and moments of pressure. Her calm, supportive style creates a psychologically safe space for honest reflection, making it easier for individuals and teams to embed kindness into how they think, feel and interact.

Neil Schambra Stevens

Neil is The Kind Collective’s leadership and culture coach, connecting kindness to commercial reality and everyday leadership practice. Over a career spanning nearly three decades, he has held senior marketing and brand roles with global names including Converse, Vans, Polaroid, ASICS, Lenovo and Pepe Jeans, as well as agency‑side work for brands like Heineken and Levi’s. That experience gives him a deep, first‑hand understanding of high‑pressure environments, complex stakeholder needs and the risks of burnout and fear‑based cultures. Within The Kind Collective, Neil uses this background to show leaders and teams how “actionable kindness” can sit at the heart of strategy, decision‑making and team dynamics while still driving creativity, resilience and results.
