Founder Story
James Kellock
Sixteen years in the corporate world taught me one thing: systems aren't built for kindness. People want to do good; the structures around them rarely help. I saw it as a teacher before that, and I saw it again across every corporate role I held. Good intentions, poor infrastructure.When my final corporate role ended, it marked more than a career change. Guided by my Christian faith, there was a clear calling to create something that would help bring more kindness into the world in a practical, visible way. Not as an abstract concept, but as something lived, measured, and shared.That vision became the All We Can.With my cousin, a talented software developer, we built the charity's platform from the ground up, with kindness as its core value. It worked brilliantly for individuals, schools, and communities. But when businesses started asking for it, we hit a wall. Charities and commercial platforms operate under different rules.That limitation became the spark for RippleCore.RippleCore is the software house that powers All We Can and extends its principles into the workplace. Over a career spanning nearly three decades, he has held senior marketing and brand roles with global names including Converse, Vans, Polaroid, ASICS, Lenovo and Pepe Jeans, as well as agency‑side work for brands like Heineken and Levi’s.
